Question 1

What is YourPaz?

Accepted Answer

YourPAZ is the calm AI workspace for overloaded professionals in Europe. It captures everything on your mind, plans your day with an AI daily briefing, and quietly helps you finish the week. Tasks, notes, projects, focus mode, email triage and meeting AI all live in one place. Data stored in the EU (Germany), built for individuals, not enterprise teams.

Question 2

How much does YourPaz cost?

Accepted Answer

YourPaz has three plans. Free is forever and covers tasks, notes, calendar and projects. Premium is €9/month (or €7.50/month billed annually) and adds the AI daily briefing, focus mode, email triage and unlimited workspaces. Pro is €15/month (or €12.50/month billed annually) and adds AI coaching, meeting AI summaries, time tracking, smart replies and a weekly review. Both paid plans include a 14-day trial: only a one-time €0.01 verification payment is charged, and it is refunded immediately. Within 14 days of any payment you can get a full refund, no conditions.

Question 3

Where is my data stored?

Accepted Answer

Your data is stored in the EU (Germany). YourPAZ is operated by a Dutch company. Your content is never used to train third-party AI models, and a Data Processing Agreement is available on request.

Question 4

Who is YourPaz for?

Accepted Answer

YourPaz is built for busy professionals, entrepreneurs, consultants and people carrying serious mental overload — anyone who wants calm, clarity and follow-through without piling on more tools. It is deliberately not built for engineering teams shipping software, marketing teams running campaigns, or anyone looking for a 200-integration enterprise platform.

Question 5

How does YourPaz compare to Notion, Todoist, Sunsama and Motion?

Accepted Answer

Notion is a blank canvas you have to design first. Todoist is a pure list. Sunsama is a daily planning ritual. Motion is automatic AI scheduling. YourPAZ is the calm execution layer that ties tasks, notes, focus, email and AI briefings into one place, with data stored in the EU (Germany).

Question 6

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Both Premium and Pro come with a 14-day trial. To prevent abuse we charge a one-time €0.01 verification payment when you start, which is refunded immediately. No credit card is needed. After 14 days the trial continues automatically as a paid subscription (monthly or yearly, as you chose) unless you cancel from your settings before it ends, in which case you pay nothing.

Question 7

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Within 14 days of payment you get the full amount back, no conditions. After that there is no refund, not even pro rata when you cancel. Cancelling stops the renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Question 8

Which languages does YourPaz support?

Accepted Answer

YourPaz is fully available in Dutch, English, German and French — including the AI daily briefing, email triage, and meeting summaries.
